Michael Xu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Micron Wireless Inc., a leading AI-enabled IoT and connected healthcare platform company focused on intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, and large-scale real-time data infrastructure. Since founding the company in 2006, he has led the global deployment of more than 25 million IoT devices and built a platform that currently supports over 4 million active seniors across the United States.
Under Michael’s leadership, Micron Wireless has evolved into a scalable AI-driven technology ecosystem serving healthcare, safety, asset tracking, and enterprise markets across North America, Europe, and Latin America. The company combines edge computing, wireless communications, cloud infrastructure, and machine-learning models to deliver intelligent monitoring, fall detection, predictive risk analysis, and next-generation connected care solutions.
With more than two decades of experience in IoT, wireless communications, and intelligent systems, Michael has consistently demonstrated the ability to commercialize emerging technologies into scalable, high-growth businesses. His expertise spans product innovation, global supply chain management, carrier and channel partnerships, cross-border operations, and long-term platform scaling in data-intensive industries.
Michael is also the Founder and Chairman of JP Capital International LLC, a Boca Raton–based private investment firm focused on AI-enabled technologies, healthcare innovation, and high-growth infrastructure opportunities. Through JP Capital, he has developed significant experience in strategic investments, capital allocation, M&A strategy, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Earlier in his career, Michael held senior technology consulting and strategy roles with International Data Group, IHCG, and Advance Marketing Solutions, where he built expertise in technology commercialization, global market expansion, and enterprise growth strategy.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Arizona State University.
